ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Modules (4-6 yrs)

Role : ServiceNow Developer

Location : Pune

Experience : 4+ years

Responsibilities :

- Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes.

- Configure ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.

- Customize forms, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.

- Write and debug JavaScript scripts to extend ServiceNow functionality.

- Use ServiceNow's scripting capabilities to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

- Manage and maintain CMDB data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Automate data import and export processes.

- Test ServiceNow applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and administration.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, and ITOM.

- Knowledge of API integration and web services.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
