ServiceNow Developer - ITOM/CMDB Modules (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities and Required Skills :

- Expert in Service Now development, administration and configuration, and development.

- Business rules - Client scripts - UI policies - Data policies - ACLs - UI actions - Script includes - Transform -maps - Workflows - Form and list configuration with multiple views - Database views, Inbound Actions.

- Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and expertise in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST) and scripted REST APIs.

- Working experience with Service Now modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Knowledge Base is an added advantage.

- Responsible for the gathering technical specifications and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.

- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js, HTML.

- Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners (essential) fluent English written and spoken Responsibilities.

- Develop high-quality software design and architecture.

- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.

- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.

- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.

- Review and debug code.

- Perform validation and verification testing.

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.

- Document development phases and monitor systems.

- Ensure software is up to date with the latest technologies.
