We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Operations Team for an International Process.

Job Description: -

• Candidate must have experience in International Chat Process Customer Service.
• Should be a Graduate with good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge in BPO work culture and working as Team Lead or Lead Operations on papers for minimum 1 Year.
• Should hands on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, CSAT/NPS & DSAT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy and Rostering.
• Willing to work in US shift timings.
