Job Requirements:
Experience, qualities, and competencies required for the Call Center Operations Team Leader role in Mohali
  • At least one year of experience as a Team Leader within a BPO or call center environment.
  • Hands-on experience in managing both outbound and inbound call center operations.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities with a proven track record in team management and development.
  • Expertise in process improvement and metric management to drive operational success.
