Overview
The Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding the client base for the organization. Based in Mumbai, this position focuses on generating sales leads, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Immediate joining is required, making it essential for candidates to be ready to operate with minimal onboarding time. We seek individuals who can thrive under pressure, adapt to changing market conditions, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., calls, emails, social media).
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients and establish initial contact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving sales processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and resources for client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related sales position.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to selling.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
- Knowledge of digital sales techniques would be advantageous.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
