Job Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Mumbai is a crucial position that focuses on driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Ultimately, the BDE plays a vital role in ensuring continuous business expansion while fostering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market dynamics.
Participate in sales meetings and training programs.
Assist in negotiations and closing sales deals.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in business development in the related industry is a plus.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
