Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
Develop and implement strategies for new business development and growth in alignment with company goals.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment in delivering solutions to clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
Represent the company at events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote services and gain business leads.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Ability to generate leads and develop long-lasting relationships.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Preferred Skills: Prior experience in Environmental sector preferred.
Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales techniques.
Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes.
Multilingual skills (if applicable).
