Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in our company by driving growth and expanding our customer base in the Mumbai region. This position requires an energetic and motivated individual who can identify potential business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the region.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance and metrics.
- Attend industry events and networking functions.
- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track interactions.
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets.

- Stay informed about competitors and industry developments.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Network in the industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is advantageous.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable ability to recognize and act on business opportunities.
- Familiarity with the Mumbai market is desirable.
