Job Description

Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in our company by driving growth and expanding our customer base in the Mumbai region. This position requires an energetic and motivated individual who can identify potential business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients. The BDE will help to increase revenue by promoting our products and services within various markets. By analyzing market trends and identifying client needs, the BDE will not only open doors to new opportunities but also enhance our existing customer relationships. As the face of the company, the BDE will represent our values, cultivate trust among stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Immediate joining is required for this position to meet our growing demands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the region.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance and metrics.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions.
  • Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track interactions.
  • Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets.

  • Stay informed about competitors and industry developments.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Network in the industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is advantageous.
