Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in designing seamless and visually appealing user experiences for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and improve design effectiveness.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user experience goals.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design specifications to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to enhance usability and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for improving user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a marketing or ad agency setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across various digital projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS).
