** Job Summary :**

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centric solutions that enhance overall usability and accessibility.

** Key Responsibilities :**

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect user needs and business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

- Create and maintain design specifications, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and our processes.

- Participate in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions to enhance team creativity.

** Qualifications: **

- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.

- 0.6 - 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.

** Preferred Skills :**

- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
