Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our creative team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for our products. If you have a proven track record of designing successful user interfaces, a passion for user-centered design, and 2 to 4+ years of experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and understand user requirements
Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualise and communicate design concepts.
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with user experience goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design patterns, and emerging technologies
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems and style guides

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

2-4+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a user-centered design process

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

Solid understanding of user interface design principles and best practices

Experience with user research, usability testing, and persona creation

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:

Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle)

Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices

Previous experience in agile development environments
