UX/UI Designer

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
  
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with Rhythm Innovations brand identity and accessibility standards.
  
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  
• Use analytics and user feedback to refine and improve designs post-launch.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design to bring innovative ideas to Rhythm Innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  
• 4+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product development company.
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects with a focus on product development.
  
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  
• Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs for web and mobile platforms.
  
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.`
