Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our creative team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for our products. If you have a proven track record of designing successful user interfaces, a passion for user-centered design, and 2 to 4+ years of experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and understand user requirements
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualise and communicate design concepts.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with user experience goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design patterns, and emerging technologies
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems and style guides
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a user-centered design process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user interface design principles and best practices
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and persona creation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle)
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Previous experience in agile development environments
