Job Description
We are seeking a creative and talented Experience Designer to join our team. As a Experience Designer , you will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging digital products that meet the needs of our users. If you have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, a passion for user-centered design principles, and a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to understand user requirements and business goals
- Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across platforms and devices
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs, and provide design support throughout the development process
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to streamline the design process and ensure design consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure the alignment of product designs with brand guidelines and messaging
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and design thinking methodologies
- Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io)
- Familiarity with animation and interaction design principles
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience working in agile development environments
