Overview
The Sales role is a pivotal position within our organization, tasked with driving revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationships in the Mumbai region. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer database.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Achieve specified sales targets and KPIs.
  • Organize and attend sales meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide post-sale support and relationship management.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on competitors.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Capacity to analyze market data and customer feedback.
