Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Santacruz (West)

Reports to: Senior Franchise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities within the target market through proactive outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and conduct product demos to understand customer needs and identify potential solutions.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads and opportunities in CRM software and follow up diligently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly answering inquiries and resolving customer issues.
- Participate in ongoing professional development training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software [e.g., Salesforce] and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
