Hiring For Assistant Manager - Human Resource Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organizations success.
• Oversee and manage engagement, people plan, employee relations issues to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
• Lead and support change initiatives, helping employees adapt to automations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal code of conduct and disciplinary policies 
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in  Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
• 6+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
