Advanced Excel Analyst & Data Visualization Expert

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Excel Expert with an inclination towards Analytics and having a strong expertise in Data Visualization to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will primarily focus on data collation (data capture), cleanup, and deriving actionable insights from recruitment-related data. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing recruitment performance, identifying trends, and creating visual reports to enhance decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collation & Cleanup: Gather, organize, and clean recruitment data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Data Analysis: Use advanced Excel functions and formulas (such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and others) to analyze recruitment data and identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Inferences & Insights: Analyze recruitment data to generate actionable insights that help drive strategic decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.
4. Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain visually compelling dashboards, reports, and charts (using Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau) to represent recruitment performance, KPIs, and other key metrics in a clear and concise manner.
5. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to propose improvements based on data insights, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment strategies.
6. Ad-hoc Data Analysis: Provide ad-hoc data analysis support for various recruitment-related queries and requests

Key Skills:

1. Advanced Excel Skills: Expertise in advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query, PowerPivot, complex formulas, and macros).
2. Analytics Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and generate actionable insights.
3. Data Visualization: Proficient in creating meaningful data visualizations using Excel or other BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in Recruitment/HR Analytics: Familiarity with recruitment-related data, such as candidate sourcing, pipeline management, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc. is a plus.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics, preferably in a recruitment or HR-related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
2. Knowledge of HR/Recruitment metrics and KPIs.
