Data Processing Executive

Job Description:

• Process bank extracts for financial data and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Match settled reports, surcharge reports, and fuel reports for accuracy, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
• Generate all network staging files required for data processing in a timely manner.
• Handle bank payment processing activities, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
• Generate and distribute reports and merchant statements for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
• Download incoming files for Visa, Mastercard and Rupay data, ensuring all data is properly recorded and stored.
• Prepare daily staging MIS (Management Information System) and promptly identify any excess or short funds.
• Perform any other data-related tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
