Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager

Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

• FP&A Management: Lead Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), ensuring accurate financial forecasts, budgeting, and in-depth financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Analytical Insight: Leverage strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, provide actionable insights, and drive business growth and efficiency.
• MIS Reporting: Oversee and enhance MIS reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial data for decision-making.
• IT Systems Integration: Utilize financial and IT systems knowledge to drive financial systems integration and improve operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and senior management, to align financial objectives with business goals.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key financial performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements in financial processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), Inter CA with relevant industry experience, or MBA from a premium institute.
• Experience: Over 8+ years in finance roles, with at least 5+ years in FP&A.
• Skills Required:
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience with MIS reporting and financial systems.
• Good understanding of IT systems and financial tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
