Job Description
Role: Technical Analyst
Designation: Manager
Type: Permanent
Location: Chennai
JD:
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or pattern for fault analysis.
- Filter and clean data & performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Response to daily multiple customer disputes with log analysis.
- Analyzing the critical events for product improvement process.
Eligibility :
- Technical background having minimum 5 years’ experience in Cash Management / ATM service industry.
- Advance knowledge of data analysis on (trend and patterns).
- Strong hardware & software knowledge of ATM machines.
Preferred : Engineering Graduates.
