The Technical Analyst will be a part of a global team supporting existing applications for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Business Solutions India (KBSI) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KBSI rapidly scales up its operations in India, its employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground and will play a critical part in helping build out the KBSI over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees.

What You Will Do

• Be a liaison between the development team and the stakeholders.
• Analyze & coordinate with stakeholders ensuring the received requirements are development ready.
• Understand business and corelate it with the requirements helping developers understand them.
• Prioritize the received requirements, based on their delivery dates, ensuring the stakeholders and development team are aligned to the delivery dates.
• Ensure a smooth transition from development life cycle to production support.
• Challenging status quo and driving modifications to optimize or enhance current business processes ensuring it meets teams vision.
• Document and manage the integration requests

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 3-5 yrs overall experience.
• 3 years of experience in a business systems analyst type of role, learning software system functionality
• Ability to write stories & acceptance criteria based on the received requirements.
• Understand the business user requirements and translating to technology outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking skills and entrepreneurial thinking. Able to work from broad direction and requirements as opposed to detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in application support strategy.
• Interest in learning technical aspects of the requirements.
• Good experience in Agile Methodology like SCRUM.
• Understanding of Cloud Platform like AWS will be added advantage.
