SAP Developer will be part of a global team creating new solutions as well as improving existing solutions for Koch Industries. Our Team

This position, SAP Developer is a part of the KM&T-Corp team within KGS, India. Koch Minerals & Trading (KM&T), a Koch Industries company, along with Cerberus Capital acquired PQ Corporation's Performance Chemicals division while keeping the PQ Corporation name and brand.

The SAP Developer will be a part of PQs global team responsible for creating valuable solutions for PQ and its customers.

This includes addressing customer requests and aligning solutions with business needs and priorities. The role requires a continuous expansion of knowledge about SAP ABAP and SAP S4/HANA, along with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS. Additionally, the Consultant will identify system shortcomings and leverage modern technologies to provide efficient and innovative solutions, constantly improving overall capabilities and customer experience. Keeping developed capabilities up-to-date and relevant is a key part of the role. This role offers growth potential for a seasoned technology professional with passion for driving innovation and delivery excellence in the SAP ecosystem. In this role, youll partner with our geographically distributed business & technology teams to advance vision of data centricity for PQ Corp.

What You Will Do

Working as part of a geographically distributed, cross-functional, and highly collaborative product teams to build high-performing, extensible, and secure ABAP solutions that advance business innovation effortsensuring the dimensions of proper systems composition, integration, scalability, and supportability are present in the design and visible in the finished product

Taking accountability to work with other team members to resolve critical incidents with a sense of urgency and focus on root cause remediation

Providing effective architecture/design direction to the development team and mentorship to less-experienced team members to increase effectiveness

Understand priorities of PQ SAP ERP Product team and build strategies to stabilize SAP environment

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Minimum 5-7years of software development experience in the SAP ABAP ecosystem (with strong expertise in two or more of the following SD, FI, MM, PP etc.) , including hands-on experience with S4HANA.

Well versed with ABAP OO concepts and ABAP 7.4/5

Basic knowledge on SAP BW.

Experience in Development using Eclipse, Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SapScript, Condition Technique, IDocs, Debugging, Workbench, Workflow etc.

Experience in Test & Deploy ABAP programs, report, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in the SAP ECC environment.

2+ years of experience in SAP ODATA development

Strong understanding of APIs & integrations prior build experience with REST APIs & integrations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Strong communication and documentation skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
