Lead Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will be a part of the global software development team, which consists of a mixture of business analysts, data analysts, and technologists that support business and digital transformation using analytics.

The Data Analyst will report to the Delivery Manager of KGS and will be responsible for executing an analytics vision, with a focus on efficiency and sustainable value creation, using data transformation, data analysis, converting business problems into analytical problems, and building and deploying analytical solutions in a sustainable manner to deliver value to our internal client organizations. You must be highly effective at being the key collaborative point between business leaders, data engineers, and Technology partners.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary contact for execution and collaboration across teams
• Working with the consultant and the business stakeholders to iterate on hypotheses creation
• Work in Celonis process mining software
• Iterate quickly on building analytics models, engaging businesses to take inputs and improve models, work with data analyst team to further advance analytics outcomes
• Understanding client data and technology landscape
• Building data models, automating the flow, data cleaning and quality analyses
• Establishing quality standards for data and results, and creating relevant checklists
• Final solution deployment & Plan for ongoing support
• Adhere and evangelize the process intelligence space to our business stakeholders and establish business connections.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 8 - 12 years of experience delivering results from analytics projects such as data analysis and visualization; including close collaboration with stakeholders from IT & business
• Experience with broad business problem-solving using data analysis
• Hands-on experience with Celonis Platform
• Expertise in handling data including extraction of insights, creating benchmarks, answering business questions and having very good understanding of process intelligence topics.
• Experience in creating and delivering Celonis dashboards
• Hands-on experience with one or more reporting solutions like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik
• Strong Mathematical and Analytical skills with problem solving capabilities.
• Hands on experience with data exploration tools and SQL Database.
