EY LSS Instructional Designer – Associate

The opportunity

We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Instructional Design for our Learning Solutions Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop learning objectives and assessments, structure the course appropriately, and bring about creativity in e-learning
• Review all e-Learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, standards, etc.
• Maintain a good working relationship with Subject Matter Experts, graphic designers, reviewers, and other stakeholders to create effective instructor-led and Web-based instructional content
• Ability to conceptualize and put into practice effective training strategies
• Develop design and other documents related to course creation

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Any Graduate
• 2-4 years’ Instructional Designing
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate etc.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
