Job Description

Program Design: Understand and analyze client situation, convert them into learning goals and design appropriate programs. Would need to work closely with subject matter experts to capture their experience into learning modules.
Content Storyboarding : Customize existing content / create storyboards for new content to fit with Program Design. Should have a good knowledge of training tools / techniques, both for classroom (instructor-led) as well as self-paced learning.
Program Delivery : Engage with the content developers / designers / animators to take responsibility for end to end delivery of the content.
CAPABILITIES EXPERIENCE:
  • Instructional design capabilities and experience, particularly in management subjects
  • Worked in a corporate learning / content development environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to work without constant direct supervision
