The opportunity
The Talent Coordinator role will support multiple projects and processes with different stakeholders and requires an individual who can balance multiple priorities, with strong follow-up skills, can coordinate information into concise formats and prepare materials for presentation. The role also is aligned to critical initiatives and supports them accordingly. This role works independently with minimum supervision.
This individual must be confident working at an advanced level in excel, be analytical, can balance multiple priorities, provide consistent and high-quality support virtually to the Executive functions, Talent Consultants, and other stakeholders. In addition, they must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail to deliver timely, high quality work products to meet objectives. It will be important for the individual to build effective working relationships with the Talent organization globally.
