Job Description

EY LSS - Instructional Designer - Associate

We re looking for professionals with expertise in Instructional Design for our Learning Solutions Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

Your key responsibilities

Develop learning objectives and assessments, structure the course appropriately, and bring about creativity in e-learning
Review all e-Learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, standards, etc.
Maintain a good working relationship with Subject Matter Experts, graphic designers, reviewers, and other stakeholders to create effective instructor-led and Web-based instructional content
Ability to conceptualize and put into practice effective training strategies
Develop design and other documents related to course creation

To qualify for the role, you must have

Any Graduate
2-4 years Instructional Designing
Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate etc.

Ideally, you ll also have

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

A professional, confident and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
An individual with strong interpersonal skills - confidence, maturity and ability to build strong client relationships
