We are hiring on behalf of our International Logistic Client

Location: Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Self-starter with high result orientation; can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

- Good communication skills, stakeholder management & can manage complex / dynamic work environment.

- Exposure in HR operations as well as strategic HR.

- Knowledge of HR statutory compliances, handling employee disciplinary cases.

- Can lead and manage the team - TA, Payroll, Generalist HR, Admin.

- CSR and Admin experience will be a add on.

- Preference to candidates from Shipping/logistics industry but not mandatory.
