Job Description
- Provide solutions proficiency in BY Demand and Supply module to analyse and identifying gaps, to lead the solution design, and implement the BY application modules to meet business requirements
- Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities
- Able to conduct workshops to understand end to end business process requirements and propose the best possible solution
- Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client/EY expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, monitoring, managing project risks, managing client and EY key stakeholders and successfully delivering client solutions
- Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and EY solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to EY leadership, and helping develop client opportunities
- Gather Business requirements/ lead design discussions with customer & business teams
- Work on Proposal and RFP s
- Analyse business requirements and Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
- Develop detailed solution design based on business requirements
- Strong expertise in detailed configuration and testing of Blue Yonder planning module Demand and Replenishment
- Assist customer/business teams during UAT phase
- Prepare and Review project documentations
- 6+ years of hands-on experience, as a consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers required
- At-least two implementation projects in JDA/BY SCPO and/or i2 Supply Chain/ or o9 Demand and Supply Planner as a functional or techno functional consultant
- Experience working with Blue Yonder (BY/09) supply chain planning solutions (Demand and Replenishment) as either a customer of BY or as a consultant implementing BY solutions for customers/clients preferred (preference is certified)
- Good understanding of integration with other modules within planning
- Relevant consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, O9, Kinaxis, Logility, SAP, or leading ERP is an added advantage
- Very well versed in supply chain related knowledge, be able to understand common business problems, and translate business input to advise clients on appropriate solutions to meet their planning objectives
- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required
