Job Description
- Provide solutions proficiency in BY/O9/Kinaxis Planning Modules to analyse and identifying gaps, to lead the solution design, and implement the application modules to meet business requirements
- Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities
- Able to conduct workshops to understand end to end business process requirements and propose the best possible solution
- Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client/Kpmg expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, monitoring, managing project risks, managing client and Kpmg key stakeholders and successfully delivering client solutions
- Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and Kpmg solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to Kpmg leadership, and helping develop client opportunities
- Gather Business requirements/ lead design discussions with customer business teams
- Work on Proposal and RFP s
- Working Experience in the aforementioned products (BY/O9/Kinaxis)
- Analyse business requirements and Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
- Develop detailed solution design based on business requirements
- Strong expertise in detailed configuration and testing of Blue Yonder/O9/Kinaxis planning modules (DF/ESP)
- Assist customer/business teams during UAT phase
- Prepare and Review project documentations
- Very well versed in supply chain related knowledge, be able to understand common business problems, and translate business input to advise clients on appropriate solutions to meet their planning objectives
- 3+ years of hands-on experience, as a consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers required
- Experience working with Blue Yonder (BY)/O9/Kinaxis supply chain planning solutions (DF, ESP) as either a customer of these OEMs or as a consultant implementing BY/O9/Kinaxis solutions for customers/clients preferred
- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required

Good work life balance, good career progression opportunities until Senior Manager level
- Work-life balance - Good
Lack of opportunities beyond Senior Manager level, conservative firm with a lot of bureaucracies to deal with. Not a firm for high performers or innovative talent. Firm only works on ROI for every decision making. As usual with other Big 4, this is still a white dominated US UK decision driven company.
