Position Title: Assistant Manager/Manager L&D.
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Reports to: HR Head.
Department: Human Resources.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Corporate Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our growing HR team.
- This role will focus on designing, developing, and executing a variety of learning and development programs that foster employee growth, enhance skills, and support organizational goals.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with leaders across the company to understand training needs, create tailored learning experiences, and measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify current and future skill gaps and training needs across departments.
- Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with the company's goals, culture, and business objectives.
- Develop a learning roadmap to build leadership capabilities, enhance employee performance, and support career development.
Training Program Design and Delivery:
- Create engaging and innovative training content and materials for both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, communication skills, compliance, diversity and inclusion, and technical skills.
- Lead employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and effective introduction for new hires.
Employee Engagement and Development:
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Develop personalized learning paths and career development programs to support employee growth and succession planning.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, helping them navigate career development opportunities.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present reports to leadership on training outcomes, ROI, and suggestions for program improvements.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve training offerings and employee development initiatives.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work with department heads to understand specific training needs and customize programs to address these needs.
- Partner with external training providers and consultants as needed for specialized content or certifications.
- Act as a subject matter expert on L&D best practices, providing guidance to managers and employees on training resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in corporate learning and development, talent management.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methods.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for a wide range of employee levels.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze learning needs, develop impactful training programs, and assess learning effectiveness.
- Familiarity with leadership development, succession planning, and career development strategies.
- Experience with change management and driving cultural transformations through learning initiatives.
