They will hire u saying wealth advisory but actually it's a hard core sales job, will not provide you any knowledge on markets. Will give you targets as soon as you complete your training period. u have to work 11 hours everyday & the targets are unachievable.Worst company with no work life balance. No job security

The work culture has become too bad after the changes in the hr department and sales department. The HR department, Mitali Jadhav, Sanjeev Jha, and Akanksha, work all in favour of the sales department, Kevin Dalvadia and Nandkishore Raj Purohit. Soft Heart people are not able to survive here, The worst part is, If any employee feels down then he will go to hr for help and here all the hrs are in control by Nandkishore rajpurohit and kevin dalvadia. I hope Manish sir<CEO> looks into this. My purpose of writing here is because of this bad management politics, many hard-working sales counsellors who spent years here careers ruined by Kevin after getting the position of central head.
