Roles & Responsibility:

Project Planning and Management:

• Identifying new location for new projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising, marketing, and operations.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, or partners.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage project expenditures.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Execution and Delivery:

• Oversee the implementation of retail initiatives (e.g., store redesigns, system integrations).
• Ensure quality standards are met at every project stage.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned.

Key Skill:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for retail initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee retail-specific projects such as store launches, redesigns, and technology integrations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders including landowners and regulatory authorities.
• Preparing the store according to protocol and handing it over to the operations team.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and retail regulations.
• Partner with external vendors and contractors to deliver on project requirements.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, marketing, IT, and external vendors.
