Job Title: Senior Site Engineer - Civil

Location: Jamui-Bihar/ Siwan-Bihar/ Jalgaon-Maharashtra

Job Summary

The Senior Site Engineer - Civil will oversee and manage all on-site civil engineering activities to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. This role involves supervising site teams, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision:
   
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure adherence to construction schedules and project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve any technical issues.
2. Technical Oversight:
   
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
3. Quality Assurance:
   
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials.
• Identify and rectify deviations from approved designs and specifications.
4. Progress Monitoring:
   
• Track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
5. Resource Management:
   
• Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient utilization.
• Anticipate and address resource-related challenges to avoid delays.
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
   
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and site-specific health and safety plans.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as necessary.
7. Stakeholder Coordination:
   
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for site-related issues and queries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. [Regular mode]
• Experience: Experience in civil engineering, with at least 10-12 years in a senior site role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and methods.
