Job Description:

1. Business Parameters (BS, OB)

- Understanding Customers- needs as stated in tenders or otherwise

- Create solutions, Estimate costs for tenders/enquiries

2. Providing technical support for Contracting & Purchase activities

- Checking of requisitions/purchase indents.

- Selection of suppliers for issue of enquiries.

3. Estimation & Costing

- Preparing submittals & Drawings, obtaining customer approval thereof

- Planning of procurement cycle

- Issue of Purchase Orders.

4. Team Development & Resources Development

- Verify Purchase Orders & get approval from authorities.

- Follow-up of purchase orders for delivery in due time

- Develop Vendors and Associates for Various products & Services
