Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities ::1. Take care of branch office infrastructure, shifting of office, renovation, furnishing , Electrical activities for Rural Branches 2. Maintain strong and robust data base for the several expense heads in interiors/branch furnishing. 3. Initiate search for new offices as per business requirement; Plays key role in premises identification till finalisation & possession of property 4. Prepare related approval notes for finalisation of property 5. Involvement in lay out / design finalization; give inputs where ever required 6. Timely handover Letter of Intents, property documents, fact sheets, Agreements pertaining to rented premises to Legal SPOC 7. Coordination for preparation and execution of rental agreements till registration. 8. Take care of landlord/premises owner monthly rentals & other agreed payouts. 9. Positive & strong coordination with premises owners. 10. Monitor budgeted expenses. Manage & own the overall Cost of Interiors. 11. Understand & processing of vendors bills for payment. 12. Ability to learn, develop relationships at all levels of Business / Verticals. 13. Ensure implementation of policies from time to time
Required Qualifications and Experience
1. Graduation , Post-graduation in Any Stream 2. Experience of 4+ years. Should have sound knowledge of elements involved in office furnishing, should have supervised working site, exposure to Project Management/furnishing tracking mechanisms would be added advantage; related data base Management essential 3. Sound knowledge in preparing in SLD, Calculating the Branch electrical load 4.Good Knowledge of electrical safety. 5.Have Experience in Branch electrical audits. 6. To implement cost control measures & initiate time saving activities. Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
