Decent food and canteen facilities, good staff quarters if available

Dislikes

Employees are expected to literally work 24/7. Drastic penalties by way of salary deductions even of being 5 mins late to work. Meeting continue till 2 am in the early morning. In fact the MD comes into the plant at 9 pm and meeting start at 10 pm continuing till early hours of the next day. One of the worst workplaces as far as work life balance is concerned.

1. Poor KPI system. 2. Low and Delay appraisal. 3. False promises from dept. Head. 4. Some managers intentionally disturb your mindsets and try to brainwash resignate by your self. 5. Poor knowledge persons are in manager and department supervisors. They have only yearly experience in same company.

I value the culture of my current company. Managers set an example for employees to share ideas and help each other with tasks. While I enjoy working for the company, the tasks I perform in my current position have become repetitive

selfish, unresponsive, profit oriented and 180 degree opposite behaviour of top management ( at office) when it comes to employees welfare and their financial future.
