Project Manager(JD):As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of architectural and interior design fitout projects from initiation to final delivery. You will lead a team of project managers, site supervisors, and design professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget specific to architectural and interior design projects.Ensure effective project execution, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet design objectives.

Team Leadership:

* Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of architects, interior designers, and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

* Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, encouraging professional growth and excellence.

Client Communication:

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.

* Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, regular updates, and successful project delivery.

Quality Control:

* Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in architectural and interior design fitout projects.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction and installation processes, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

* Budget and Cost Management:

* Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization without compromising design integrity.

* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and accountability.

Risk Management:

* Identify potential risks specific to design and construction phases and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

* Proactively address issues and challenges to keep projects on track and aligned with design goals.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

* Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination and high-quality outcomes.

* Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they meet design and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications-

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

* Proven experience in project management within the architectural and interior design fitout industry.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

* In-depth knowledge of architectural and interior design processes, materials, and trends.

* Familiarity with relevant regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

* Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
