Human Resource Operations Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and time tracking.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and queries.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR processes, policies, and benefits.
