Job Description
We are currently looking for a Human Resource Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of various reports using Excel.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Participate in employee onboarding and orientation.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA or recently completed an MBA program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
