Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.

2. Payroll Management

• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Maintain records of attendance, overtime, and other payroll-related data.

3. Employee Leave and Attendance

• Monitor and manage employee leave requests and maintain accurate records of leave balances.
• Address attendance issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

4. Employee Relations and Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

5. Policy and Compliance

• Ensure company HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws and regulations.
• Educate employees on company policies and handle policy-related issues appropriately.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
