Requirements and Skills


Education Qualification:

  • Mandatory: Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Preferred: Masters degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in the HR domain.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and achieving results.

Key Skills:

  • In-depth experience managing all HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for multitasking.


Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for seamless employee integration.

Attendance and Payroll Management:

  • Oversee attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours and leaves.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and precise compensation and deductions.

Employee Relations:

  • Advise and support managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Conduct regular salary surveys and analyze data to align with market trends.

Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance management systems to align employee development with organizational goals.
  • Train managers to conduct effective performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Compliance and Legal Adherence:

  • Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to meet statutory compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to employment policies, workplace safety standards, and industry best practices.'

HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop and update HR policies to align with current laws and business needs.
  • Communicate and ensure compliance with policies across the organization.

Employee Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment by implementing engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and address areas for improvement.
