About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition with substantial experience in IT services. This role will lead recruitment efforts, develop strategic hiring initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders to fulfill the organization's workforce needs in a highly competitive market. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on sourcing and attracting high-quality IT professionals.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive advantage in attracting top talent.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to optimize performance and achieve recruitment targets.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the talent acquisition team.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, timelines, and team dynamics.
- Build strong partnerships across departments to facilitate smooth hiring processes and successful onboarding.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and niche IT roles, utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
- Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, social media, referrals, and networking.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates in the competitive IT space.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on hiring status, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree in HR or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within IT organizations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and trends, including niche and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS, and data analytics tools.
