Role Overview:
The AVP - Client Acquisition Team (CAT) will be instrumental in expanding our client base. This role will focus on identifying new customers, generating business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role involves aligning sales strategies with organizational goals to strengthen the company's position in the market, ensuring exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and close deals aligned with company objectives.
- Sales Leadership: Drive the sales team to exceed targets by ensuring swift responses, effective client engagement, and a deep understanding of services.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, offering continued support for satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead Generation & Sales Targets: Set and monitor lead generation goals, striving to surpass targets and contribute to business growth.
- Competitive Offering: Understand client requirements and craft tailored service offerings, staying ahead of competitors with relevant, value-driven solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business to refine sales strategies based on market insights.
- Market Expansion: Focus on expanding the client base, particularly in key international markets such as the US and Europe.
Required Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in Inside Sales or Lead Generation, with a proven ability to meet high conversion rates.
- Experience acquiring clients from the US and Europe, with a deep understanding of market research services and analytics.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in sales, lead generation, and business development, particularly within the BFSI or Data Analytics sectors.
- Client-Focused: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a strong customer orientation.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team while collaborating across departments.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized, accountable, and consistently positive.
- Sales Motivation: A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on incentive-based success.
- Adaptability: Open to learning and adjusting strategies based on evolving client needs and market trends.
