Job Description

We are a fast-growing company with a vision to become a leading international brand and a preferred partner for clients worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Leader for our Sales and Client Growth team who will drive the growth of our business through new client acquisition and the generation of regenerative business opportunities.

Role Overview:

The AVP - Sales and Client Growth will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying potential customers, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This role will focus on aligning strategies with company goals to enhance our market position, ensuring excellent sales performance, and maximizing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers, building strong relationships and securing new business aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

- Sales Leadership: Lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring fast response times, exceptional client engagement, and thorough service knowledge.

- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Lead Generation & Sales Targets: Set and monitor lead generation goals, proactively exceeding targets to drive business growth.

- Competitive Offering: Understand client needs and tailor service offerings to stay ahead of competitors, delivering relevant, value-driven solutions.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to refine sales strategies based on market assessments.


- Market Expansion: Focus on expanding the client base, especially in key international markets such as the US and Europe.

Required Experience:

- 10-15 years in sales and business development.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

- Sales Experience: Proven success in Inside sales/Lead Generation and business development, particularly in the BFSI/Data Analytics domain, with a strong ability to achieve high conversion rates.

- Industry Expertise: Experience acquiring clients in the US and Europe, with a solid understanding of market research services.

- Client Focused: Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and verbal) and a highly customer-oriented approach.

- Team Management: Ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with accountability and a positive mindset.

- Sales Motivation: Results-driven, motivated by achieving sales targets and incentives.

Adaptability: Ability to learn new services and adapt strategies to meet changing client needs and market dynamics.

Desired Attributes:

- Keen interest in staying updated on the latest market trends and services.

- Positive attitude with strong flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
