Role Overview:
The AVP - Sales and Client Growth will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying potential customers, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This role will focus on aligning strategies with company goals to enhance our market position, ensuring excellent sales performance, and maximizing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers, building strong relationships and securing new business aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Sales Leadership: Lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring fast response times, exceptional client engagement, and thorough service knowledge.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead Generation & Sales Targets: Set and monitor lead generation goals, proactively exceeding targets to drive business growth.
- Competitive Offering: Understand client needs and tailor service offerings to stay ahead of competitors, delivering relevant, value-driven solutions.
