Manager - Consulting - ESG/Sustainability & Climate Risk Domain (6-9 yrs)

The candidate should well versed with the ESG, Sustainability and Climate risk with demonstrated experience of working with clients in order to facilitate business decisions.

- Good understanding of ESG principles, climate risks, global reporting standards and key issues impacting sustainable finance, investment decision-making process and ESG governance frameworks.

- Experience in sustainability reporting standards such as GRI, TCFD, SASB, BRSR, IFRS, SBTi double materiality etc.

- Sustainability research and analysis of companies across multiple sectors on ESG indicators.

- Exposure to sectors such as Power, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Auto, Metals and Mining, Cement, Chemical and pharmaceuticals etc, from and ESG/Sustainability perspective is desired.

- Ability to create detailed reports across multiple sectors on ESG indicators and linking the same to operating and financial metrics, operating and financial metrics.

- Experience in ESG integration within supply chain including assessment of tier 1, 2 and 3 suppliers. The candidate should well versed with the ESG, Sustainability and Climate risk with demonstrated

- Engage with regulators and partners for creating value and alignment with strategic goals.

- Ability to deliver high impact presentations to clients and internal committees.

- Develop proposals and support in business development activities.

- Participation in seminars/conferences and writing articles etc. to showcase thought leadership.

- Travel to client sites as per need and requirement.

Experience

- At least 6-9 years in Sustainability domain in consulting

Qualification

Postgraduate in field of sustainability

- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
