Job Title: Business Development Manager - SaaS
Location: Pune

About ElasticRun Technology Platform
ElasticRun has developed and refined its technology solutions to support its rural distribution and logistics businesses across India. These solutions are now offered in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Key platforms include an AI-powered ERP platform for end-to-end business operations, a
Transport Management System, a Shipment Processing Platform, and Various AI/ML-based business accelerators. These solutions cater to
Manufacturers, Brands, Transporters, Fleet owners, and Organizations managing their own logistics networks. Each of these platforms and solutions
has been successfully subscribed and proven with customers already. ElasticRun is now expanding its SaaS footprint and looking forward to
onboarding many mediums to large-scale enterprises on its platform.
About the Role
At the heart of selling lies a deep curiosity about the needs and motivations of people. What do people want? Why do they want it? What can you
do about it? If youre driven by this curiosity and want to build the skill sets to make a large and lasting impact, then you have what it takes to sell
to enterprises. We can make you a kickass Business Developer, but you must be passionate about Selling and help us scale the revolution.
Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
● Lead the Business Development/Sales team, guiding them in the development and execution of strategies for outbound lead generation
and new sales.
● Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
● Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
● Executes all aspects of the customer lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution to secure expansion opportunities.
● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
● Build market awareness and create new sales, successfully positioning the companys strategy, vision, and market leadership with key
business executives and functional decision-makers in all customers and prospects.
● Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
● Effectively and efficiently prioritizes quantitative and qualitative research efforts to evaluate new market opportunities.
● Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions and
differentiate from competitors.
● Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
● Collaboratively work with the management and all the concerned departments to design, plan and execute a sales demonstration
program (including determining sales/demo objectives and designing demo scenarios to meet internal and external requirements).

● Experience in sales & new business development.
● Track record of maintaining and achieving (even exceeding) sales targets/ quotas.
● Should always be willing to learn and grow.

Job Specification (What Will You Need)
● MBA with 5-6 Years of work experience.
● If you have worked in the Retail/Supply Chain Tech /FMCG in emerging markets, it will be a huge bonus.
● Good Interpersonal skills.
● Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
