Senior Executive - Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Coordination:

• Source and procure materials and other supplies needed for production.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues.

2. Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in implementing inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize storage.

3. Logistics Support:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished

goods.

• Work with logistics providers to track shipments and address any transportation issues.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

4. Vendor and Supplier Management:

• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
• Track supplier performance and report any non-compliance or issues to senior management.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors.

5. Internal Stakeholder Visibility Support:

• Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with stock connectivity schedules.
• Communicate any delays or supply chain disruptions to the relevant departments.

6. Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain and update supply chain records in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and logistics metrics for review by

management.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

8. Process Improvement:

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education:

• bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles, preferably in a manufacturing

environment.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP) and inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

4. Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address supply chain challenges.
