Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
You will work closely with hiring managers across departments to understand job requirements and help drive recruitment strategies
to ensure the company has the right people in place to achieve business goals.
Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection
to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media,
networking events, and headhunting, to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational
culture to create effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews to assess
candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by
providing timely updates and feedback.
• Job Market Insights: Stay informed on the latest trends in recruitment, industry developments, and talent availability to offer
proactive insights and recommendations to the business.
• ATS Management: Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates, track recruitment metrics, and ensure
accurate and up-to-date records.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by attracting a wide range of candidates and ensuring fair
and unbiased hiring practices.
Job Specification (What Will You Need)
• MBA from a reputed business school.
• 2 to 6 years of Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and ATS proficiency, with expertise in leveraging job boards, social media, and networking
strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player, building strong relationships across departments. Strategic problem-solver, able to address
challenges and meet recruitment goals effectively.
